Group Coin and Passo are provided as they are. Features may change. We can update, pause, or stop an app.

If an app uses an account, you are responsible for it and for keeping your login to yourself.

You must be old enough to use the app where you live. Do not use it if you are under 13.

You keep what you put into the apps. You give us a licence to store it and show it so the apps can work — including showing it to people you share a group with.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, or anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.

We can remove content or close an account that breaks these terms.

Use the apps for their intended purpose. Do not try to break them, scrape them, overload them, or use them to harm other people.

The apps, names, and design belong to Footengine. These terms do not give you ownership of them.

The apps are provided “as is”. We do not promise they will be error-free, always available, or fit a particular purpose. Balances, habits, and other figures in the apps are there to help you — they are not professional financial or health advice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost money, or indirect damage arising from use of the apps. If we are liable, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if the app was free.

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived, including in the EU.

You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we shut an app down.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. The date at the top is current.
