Footengine (“we”, “us”) makes and operates Group Coin and Passo.

We only collect what the apps need to work.

Account. If you create an account: name, email address, and a password (stored in a hashed form). We may also keep a profile photo if you add one.

Your content. Anything you enter in the apps: groups, expenses, balances, habits, progress, notes, settings, and similar data you create.

Device. Device type, operating system, app version, language, and basic diagnostics if something breaks.

Permissions. Photos — only if you pick a picture. Notifications — only if you turn reminders on. We do not take your camera roll or send alerts unless you ask.

To run the apps: sign you in, save your data, sync it where a feature requires it, and show you your own content.

To keep things working: fix bugs, measure crashes, and improve the product.

To write back if you email us.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for ads. We do not track you across other apps or sites.

Some data stays on your device. Some is stored on our servers when an account, backup, or sharing feature is in use — for example when you split expenses with a group, or if you later turn on cloud backup.

We use infrastructure providers to host and deliver the apps. They process data only on our instructions.

If data is stored outside your country, it is still handled under this policy.

We share data only when we have to: with the people you invite into a group; with service providers who run hosting, email, or analytics for us; or if the law requires it.

Other people in a shared group can see the content you put in that group. That is the point of the feature.

We keep your information while your account is open, or while it is needed to provide the app.

You can edit or delete content inside the apps. You can ask us to delete your account and the data we hold by emailing us. We may keep a limited record if the law says we must.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also have rights to object, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material, we will say so in the app or by email when we can.
